Terms
Kindwise Terms of Use.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
About these terms
These terms govern your use of Kindwise and the materials you receive from us. By using Kindwise or buying a Kindwise assessment, you agree to them. Kindwise is a product of Kindwise (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/406779/07).
What Kindwise is
Kindwise is an educational tool. It is not a clinical assessment, it does not diagnose learning disabilities, and it does not predict academic outcomes.
How to read your result
The Kindwise framework reflects your child's preferences. It is a snapshot, not a fixed label. If you have clinical concerns about your child, please consult a registered educational psychologist or your family doctor.
What you receive
After the assessment you receive a free preview by email. If you choose to purchase, you receive a parent report and a child book, both delivered by email as private download links. These links stay valid for 6 months from the date of delivery, so please download and save your materials within that time.
Payment and refunds
Payment is a once-off charge through Paystack. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Kindwise is a digital product and is non-refundable once purchased. Because we want you to buy with confidence, sample reports are available to view before you pay, so you can see exactly what you will receive.
Your privacy
Kindwise is built for children, and we take your family's privacy seriously. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only what we need to create your child's assessment and deliver your materials, and we do not sell your information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. You can read it on our Privacy Policy page.
Use of your materials
Your parent report and child book are for your personal, family use. You are welcome to download, keep, and print them for that purpose. Please do not resell, publish, or redistribute them. The materials and the Kindwise framework remain the intellectual property of Kindwise (Pty) Ltd.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Kindwise accurate and available, and we provide it in good faith on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, Kindwise (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the assessment or the materials. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law that cannot be excluded.
